  1. I think AB is cool as a vampire hunter brings out an awesome new revealed side of our countries president’s!

  2. I really haven’t read a lod about the witch trials nor know a lot about them! So I can’t wait to read this book!

  3. I really haven’t read a ‘horror’ book based genre so I don’t have a scary book not yet atleast! I am gonna try and read one around Halloween! Although I have read some books with disturbing graphical things LOL that I guess you can say scared me!

  4. I believe that fairies can be good or bad its dependent on the individual person’s thought process personally I think it could be either or

  5. I think fairies are good. They live in nature, they take care of our environment plus they know everything about it. The only thing we humans have ever discovered about it are basically plants, insects, etc. So we have to give them credit for knowing it all. If you’re lucky enough to meet one, which happens a couple of times per hundred years, then you’re really lucky because you not only travel to a whole different world that gives you different feelings and makes you see different colours, but most importantly yourself inside and out go through a transformation that you wish that you can keep forever. Basically fairies are magical, which is why they aren’t bad at all!

  6. I actually don’t know if I like zombies, I think I do… they could be pretty funny looking sometimes, they look seriously deranged haha. And I really don’t know how they can keep their arms lifted to the front all day long. But I definitely would like to know more about them!

  7. It takes a lot to scare me, so I really haven’t read any books that I thought were scary. I’ve read a lot of Horror, though, and it’s still my favorite genre. 🙂

  8. I think the Salem Witch Trials were just wrong. So many innocent people lost their lives in such brutal, terrible ways. It’s really sad. 🙁

  9. I think Abraham Lincoln as a vampire hunter is the coolest idea EVER! I’m so excited to read this book! 😀

  10. Yes, I LOVE zombies! If they were real, I probably wouldn’t, so as long as they stay dead, I think they’re pretty cool… 😉

  11. As for the Salem Witch trials- the entire time frame fascinates me. It proves just how powerful mass hysteria can be and why religion and politics should never mix company.

  12. My favorite genre would definitely be thriller/suspense. Thanks so much for the chances- I have heard lots of good things on your Finkleton books esp from Bunny.

  13. I think if you were a witch back in the day you were not doing things to get yourself noticed or caught so a bunch of innocent people were killed for no reason.

  14. The Salem witch trials were an horrific time in our nations history, where innocent people could be accused of witchcraft and subject to burning. Sounds more like something that belongs in a fiction story rather than the history books!

  15. O.k. K.C. you definitely get the vote for best giveaways ever! I will be on your blog all day doing this entering stuff:) soooo awesome as always. My favorite Genre is definitely fantasy. -sunni

  16. Are fairies good or bad?
I say they can be both it depends on what the story teller dreams them to be either bad or good:) They are supposed to be good but then look at Tinkerbell she sabotogued wendy in peter pan and got the lost boys to shoot her down from the sky lol could be either or.

  17. I love zombie stories I am in love with the resident evil movies and zombie books so I don’t know if I actually love zombies or just stories about humans killing zombies lol!

  18. This has to be one of the best giveaways ever! So I’m entering into all of them and I’m posting it on Facebook 🙂 Also, I’m really intrigued by Graveminder. It looks a little scary but I may have to just try it!

  19. Oh, and I’m just going to put all my entry comments here 😉
The scariest book….. Do Goosebumps books (read when I was like, 8) count???
I’m also really interested in the Salem Witch trials. Enough that I’m trying to write a book about them!
I think faeries have a different sense of good and bad. So I don’t think they’re necessarily either…. They’re just indifferent and… kind of “Meh, I’ll do what I want” about everything.
And Lastly, I DO NOT like zombies. But reading about them is different that watching them. As long as I don’t have to actually see them, I should be alright!

Thanks again for a great contest!

  20. Daemon Hall was one of the best scary novels I’ve ever read, although the scariest was probably The Mall.

  21. Seeing as my school will be putting on a production of The Crucible I’ve been really into researching the Salem Witch Trials lately and reading about them.

  22. I think it all depends on the type of faerie. I’ve read novel with good faeries and bad faeries and I usually prefer mischievous ones more.

  23. Are fairies good or bad? What are your thoughts? They are bad- They play dirty tricks on people and never keep their promises…… but they are also GOOD to read about… 😉

  24. By far the scariest book would have to be Miss. Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children! (Yes, the one you’re giving away.) I had to read with all lights in my room turned on because I was that scared!

  25. I love zombies – have you read the Revenants series by Amy Plum? A different take on zombies, for sure. It’s one of my favorite series!

  26. I think the great thing about fairies is that, since they’re not real, authors take lots of liberties with them and make them whatever they want – good, bad, non-committal – depending on the world and context. I prefer fairies who are inherently indifferent but through circumstance, struggle to overcome that (like in the Iron Fey series).

  27. I think fairies are a little bit of both. I defiantly like it when they’re deceiving. Maybe it because I’ve read books that show fairies not totally as a good kind of species. But I’ll defiantly like to read a book where they’re seen as good.

  28. I do like zombies! I really love The Walking Dead 🙂 & I used to think yeah! just kill those zombies but now I’m like that’s not a situation I would like to live in D: get out! get out! lol. Anyways I haven’t read any zombie books yet l’ll probably read the Forest of Hands and Teeth soon though!

  29. Do you like Zombies? I’m actually afraid of Zombies, but I would read about them… especially since The Walking Dead is one of my favorite shows… :DDD Waiting on the third season (October 14, 2012)!! 😛

  30. I am entering all of the giveaways so here are all my comments 😉 except for the last one because I just won them on reyes giveaway so thanks 😉

1.) scariest book would have to be The Mirror it is really old and like no one knows about it but I loved it

3.) I think there is good and bad in all fairies just like us

4.) idk honestly but it sounds like a scary book and idk idk weirdly cool i guess ;p

    5.) I LOVE ZOMBIES!!!!!!!! ♥

  31. Zombie aren’t my favorite supernatural creature, but I find them okay to read about. Besides lulling around and wanting to eat one’s brain if they catch you, there’s really not much to them. I’ve only read two books about zombies, The Forest of Hands and Teeth (Carrie Ryan) and Hollowland (Amanda Hocking), and I enjoyed both.

  32. I think it was called “the gathering”. it was about a young man who moves to a new town and the kids there are like psycho and at some point they set his dog on fire and that messed me up for life. lol. i would still have it but my sister lent it to one of her friends a few years ago. i’m pretty sure that was the name of it.

  33. the salem witch trials? well, i had to do a report on that even a few weeks ago so i know more about it than i would care too. It makes me angry because people were so prepared to kill each other over something just because they did not understand what was going on.

  34. yes, zombies are awesome! as long as they are only in the books i read or the movies i watch. because i would be the first one to die if the zombie apocalypse ever actually happened. lol.

  35. The scary book i read….. umm i dont know 😀 I dont get scared easily, I laugh and make jokes of scary movies, people have a hard time scareing me. I told them cuz i know real monsters and these arent them 😀

  36. My thoughts on the witch trails is it was unfair. Most of the women who was sent here was sent because some didnt like them and wanted them out of the way i read this story where this girl told the people that this girl was a witch and she only did it because she wanted the husbend and the money it got me pissed.

  37. Yes i love zombies! I read a good book about this couple they didnt love each other anymore but when the zombies came out they found the love again and the book was funny! I love playing the resident evil games 2!

  38. The scariest book I have ever read was The BTK Murders by Carlton Smith. I thought it was scary because it’s about the real life story of a mass murderer named Dennis Rader.

  39. My favorite genre is YA and MG. Why? Because I enjoy reading books I can share with my family. Books that won’t make anyone blush. Books that make you think, and books that are for pure enjoyment.

  40. I’ve read only one book about zombies and it was okay. So I don’t really know if I like reading zombie novels. Thanks for the giveaway.

  41. I think fairies are good in terms of reading. Out of all the supernatual creatures, I have more books centered around fairies than any other mythological creature. My favorite fairy novels are the Wicked Lovely series by Melissa Marr. I tried reading the Iron Fey series but I couldn’t get into that one.
