This book is considered humorous women’s fiction, but could easily be categorized as chick lit, in my opinion. A veteran editor suggested that I have everything ready to go — to self-publish this book — and start advertising, just in case it doesn’t get picked up by an agent/publisher. So I’m chugging right along with excitement.

If you work in customer service and never had a bad day, never had a customer yell at you and never met someone who made you want to curse, this book isn’t for you.

But if you deal with customers day after day who drive you insane, give you reasons to drink alcohol, or make you want to quit your job and run home screaming, this book is definitely for you. And maybe of few of your friends.

Cars, Coffee, and a Badass Ninja Toilet is told through the eyes of Julia Karr, a bold woman – who may or may not be a ninja warrior – who runs a car lot in a crazy world. Her outbursts, how the business affects her home life and dealings with customers will have you scratching your head about humanity.

Seeing the business world through Julia’s jaded eyes may convince you that owning a business isn’t what it’s cracked up to be. She’s a car dealer with monthly periods, no matter how irregular they are. Her attitude is drenched with sarcasm and dipped in crazy sauce. She blames the car lot.
